Move with Zalmi

'Move With PZ' is a physical literacy programme delivered to primary school pupils for a 2 weeks duration during each academic term.

Overview:


Each primary school will receive 2 weeks of physical literacy provision for Key Stage One pupils. Over the course of the programme five pupils who will show significant technical and social improvements during the sessions will be invited to attend the 'Move With Peshawar Zalmi festival. The festivals will take part in an educational and physical literacy session with the chance to meet Peshawar Zalmi mascot Shahid Afridi 'lala'.

Project Outcomes:


The objective of Move With Peshawar Zalmi is to improve children's agility, balance and coordination with the focus on pupils becoming confident and competent movers. Extra-curricular sessions are also offered for Key Stage One and Two pupils. At the end of the programme pupils will be awarded with a certificate documenting their achievement and completion of the programme.
